Vantage-At-Evans*

Sitting on the northern bank of the Evans River, New South Wales, the planned low density, aesthetically pleasing, 176-lot Vantage At Evans residential community at Evans Heads will be bordered on three sides by national park. The Ingles Group has reduced the scale and scope of the project to enhance the environment and the cultural heritage of the site. However, when completed, the project will still create homes for 430 people, boosting the population of the picturesque beachside holiday town to above 3500 residents.

Vantage At Evans will feature a wide public foreshore along the Evans River for the community to enjoy.
